In the spring of 2018 we consulted on changes to the Code of Fundraising Practice, with a specific focus on complaints handling, TPS compliance and online fundraising platforms.
A discussion paper was released in February 2018 setting out proposals for the changes. Comments were invited for
- Part A: Complaints Handling by 28 February 2018
- Part B: TPS compliance auditing by 28 February 2018
- Part C: Online Fundraising Platforms by 14 March 2018
Papers summarising our response were published in June 2018 specifying changes to the code.
